There is no need to …. It often ends with 呢. 何苦 (hékǔ) is stronger: why put yourself through this?

It's such a little thing. Why get so angry?

Nǐ míngmíng bù xǐhuan tā, hékǔ měitiān gēn tā yìqǐ chīfàn?

You clearly don't like him. Why put yourself through having lunch with him every day?

Nǐ hébì qù ne?

何必 makes a rhetorical question: end with 呢 and a question mark.

Completing records that you finished the lesson. Mastery is separate: it grows as reviews bring the exercises back and you answer them correctly.
