Mythic Mandarin All Access (€99, one-time payment, lifetime access, no subscription) comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you ask for a refund within 14 days of buying All Access, we refund the amount you paid.

All Access is sold by Konstantin Aleksandrov (Mythic Mandarin, Bulgaria).

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@mythicmandarin.com or use the contact form, and include:

  • the name and email address you used for All Access;
  • the date of your payment;
  • the payment reference, if you have one.

What happens next

We confirm your request by email and send the refund using the payment method you paid with, where that is possible. All Access ends when the refund is made.

How buying works right now

Online checkout is not open yet: All Access is arranged by email after you send the request form. When an online payment provider is added, refunds will be sent back through that provider, and this page will say so.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under consumer protection law and does not limit them.
