并不 and 并非

并 (bìng) before 不 or 没 stresses the denial: it is not at all as you think. 并非 (bìngfēi) is the written form of 并不是.

  • 他并不是不想来,而是太忙了。

Tā bìng bú shì bù xiǎng lái, ér shì tài máng le.

It's not at all that he doesn't want to come; he's just too busy.

印象 (yìnxiàng) is an impression; 偏见 (piānjiàn) is a prejudice; 以貌取人 is to judge people by appearances.
